I discovered Trump accounts were a part of last year’s United States budget after reading a portion of his speech on July 16th. The revelation was shocking to me as I had expected U.S. was in a financial crisis. I was reading the speech to determine if clues were dropped about the crisis during the speech. The speech was made during a Mercury retrograde period, which is usually a time when secrets are all but impossible to keep hidden. Instead of a clues of a financial crisis I find Trump accounts. I’m using “instead” loosely as I suspect the launching of the accounts may mark the beginning of a financial crisis. The monetary donation for the accounts is leveraged. The roughly 16 billion needed by the federal government for seed deposits will mostly come from issuing treasury bonds. Learning about this caused me to wonder how Social Security started and how it compares to starting individual retirement accounts for children under the age of 18.
The starting point for comparing the two circumstances is examining the charts for the Trump account launch and the beginning of collecting Social Security taxes. I have added audio sections of Roosevelt’s message to Congress, introducing the intent to pursue social security on August 14, 1935 for ambiance.
Chart comparison
What stands out to me right away when I see these charts together is the Grand Cross in the Social Security (SS) chart. The Grand Cross (Mars/Mercury/Uranus/Pluto) is an indication of long existing issues coming to a resolution. There is a square aspect between Moon/Pluto/Mars in the Trump Account (TA) chart; however it is missing a second opposition aspect. It is interesting that Mars squares Pluto in both charts. Mars is in Taurus in the 11th house of the TA chart, suggesting stubborn persistance regarding popular deception, legislative failure, or weaponized groupthink. It is the first house in Libra in the SS chart, implying balance and partnership relating to overbearing leadership, self-glorification, or identity crises. It is interesting that one of the descriptive words for Mars’ house placement gives an accurate depiction of that particular President’s critics.

A planet in the 8th house of both charts makes a hard aspect to Mars; a square to Pluto in Aquarius in the TA chart and an opposition to Uranus in the SS chart. For the TA chart this represents challenges between stubborn persistance regarding popular deception and legislative failure, and progressive transformation in regards to corruption. The SS chart points to determination and sustenance in fluctuation connected with mass death and hidden crisis.
Here are a few facts from “Life in the Great Depression:”
- In 1931, 20 people starved to death; in 1934 that number had risen to 110. Thousands of people[;] however, died of complications related to malnutrition.
- In 1932, 23,000 people committed suicide.
- During the dustbowl, it was reported that 150,000 families were on the brink of starvation in Arkansas alone.
- At the peak of the depression, 17,000 families [were] evicted each week for not being able to pay their rent/ 1,000 mortgages foreclosed a day. In 1932 alone a quarter of a million Americans had their homes repossessed.
- A quarter of all farms were foreclosed, 1920-39.
Pluto in the 8th house of the TA chart conjuncts Altair. The star represents hyper sensitivity and emotional imbalance, along with sudden, fleeting wealth. With Pluto/Altair at the apex of a t-square, the real goal of TA looks to be complete control over shared capital; a calculated move designed to force a restructuring or buyout; control through transformation.
There is much more information in these two charts than what I will write in this post. What other dynamics did you spot in the charts? Leave your comments below.
