At this writing, Hurricane Ian is expected to make landfall around Tampa, Florida on Thursday at midday. The chart below is for Tampa’s longitude/latitude on Thursday, September 29 at Noon. Looking at the chart, Neptune (water) is in the 4th house; 1° away from the cusp. I wonder if this means the hurricane will reach land an hour before Noon.

Tropical Depression 9 formed in Caribbean waters Friday morning, September 23, becoming Tropical Storm Ian by nighttime per the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Sun conjunct Mercury retrograde opposes Jupiter retrograde in the Tropical Depression chart. The signature is one of standing out (Leo AC) and transformation (Jupiter is traditional ruler of the 8th house).
