I’m using Washington, DC as the city. For this chart, 28° Sagittarius is rising, Midheaven is 20° Libra. Moon is in the 9th house and Sun is in the 3rd house.

With Moon and Sun in the 9th and 3rd houses, events involving these matters would be expected to figure prominently in the news headlines and events of the day. I added the incident involving the inclusion of the Atlantic journalist in the group chat about the Houthi rebel invasion in the Happenings table as it was executed during the eclipse. In my opinion, the incident has a starting date of March 11. The journalist received a request to connect on the 11th. I have not seen the time of the request online, but I suspect the time was around 7PM, when Mercury was exactly conjunct Venus retrograde.
