The chart for the explosion is below. I thought this chart was a good example of actual events correlating with chart indications. The day after the explosion, the National Transportation Safety Board announced it was sending four investigators to begin processing the scene and conducting initial examinations. This development is indicated in the chart by Pluto. Pluto is in the first house of the chart, 5°46′ from the Ascendant and in Aquarius. A sign change is a time indicator that an event will occur after a transformation. In this case, the transformation was a day change. Pluto is modern ruler of the 10th house of official actions.
